1400W (iNOS inhibitor)

1400W (N-[3-(Aminomethyl)benzyl]acetamidine, Dihydrochloride) is a highly selective inhibitor of iNOS (inducible nitric oxide synthase) with Kd=7nM. Its inhibitory capacity for human iNOS is 5000-fold and 200-fold higher than that for human eNOS and nNOS, respectively.
