2X PCR Master Mix

The 2X PCR Master Mix is a 2X concentrated solution of Taq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTP and all other components required for PCR, except for templates and primers. This premixed formulation simplifies the PCR reaction setup, reduces contamination due to a reduced number of pipetting steps, and thereby improves the reproducibility of PCR reactions.
