Beyotime’s Amplex Red Free Fatty Acid Assay Kit provides sensitive, rapid, and simple colorimetric and fluorometric methods for measuring the content of free fatty acids in serum, plasma, urine, cell culture supernatants, and cell/tissue samples, based on the Amplex Red probe. Typically, 0.2-2μl of serum or plasma is sufficient for the fluorometric method using this kit.
