Apoptosis and Necrosis Detection Kit with YO-PRO-1 and PI

Beyotime’s Apoptosis Detection Kit with YO-PRO-1and PI provides a dual staining method for detecting both apoptosis and necrosis, based on the labeling of apoptotic cells with green fluorescent YO-PRO-1 (YP1) and the labeling of necrotic cells with red fluorescent Propidium Iodide (PI). Stained cells can be examined by flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy or other fluorescence detection instruments.
