Auto-Pure 4800 automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument is a high-throughput automatic nucleic acid extraction equipment. The instrument is based on the magnetic bead method to extract nucleic acid. During the purification process, the steps of pipetting, lysis, washing, elution, and PCR system set-up are automatically completed in the workstation. One-stop operation, without manual intervention. Can extract 48×1 ml  sample system in one run.
