Beyotime’s Baculovirus Shuttle Vector Bacmid Mini Preparation Kit provides a simple and rapid method for mini preparation of high-quality bacmid from DH10Bac E. coli cells. In addition to the bacmid, this kit extracts the helper plasmid and the non-recombinant pFastBac plasmid. The obtained mixture can be used directly to transfect insect cells for packaging of Baculoviruses and ultimately for large-scale expression of target proteins in insect cells.
