BeyoAP Alkaline Phosphatase

Beyotime’s BeyoAP Alkaline Phosphatase is a heat-sensitive enzyme that catalyzes the removal of 3′ and 5′ phosphates from DNA, RNA, ribonucleotides and deoxyribonucleotides. The phosphate groups on serine, threonine or tyrosine residues of proteins can also be removed by this product. BeyoAP Alkaline Phosphatase is a new type of alkaline phosphatase that can maintain 100% activity in various endonucleases and PCR buffers produced by Beyotime. This enzyme can dephosphorylate various types of DNA by incubation at 37°C for 10 minutes, and can be completely inactivated by incubation at 75°C for 5 minutes.
