Beyotime BeyoCRISPRTM Surrogate GFP Reporter Construction Kit is designed to track and enrich gene-edited cells. It works by inserting a sequence matching the target gene into a vector that contains a GFP reporter gene. This GFP is only expressed when gene editing causes a frameshift mutation.
