Beyotime’s BL21(DE3) Glycerol Stock is prepared by adding bacteria stock solution containing glycerol to BL21(DE3) bacteria at logarithmic growth stage, which can be directly used for plate streaking or cultured in small or large quantities. This product is suitable for pET series and other prokaryotic expression plasmids regulated by the T7 promoter.
