Fluorescein-12-UTP is a fluorescein-labeled uridine triphosphate used for RNA labeling and detection. Fluorescein is a common fluorescent dye, featuring high brightness and good light stability. In in vitro transcription reactions, fluorescein-12-UTP can be incorporated into RNA molecules to generate RNA labeled with Fluorescein.
