The multiple repeated assays show that the minimum detection amount is 38pg/ml and there is no cross-reactivity with human BMP-6/BMP-7 Heterodimer, BMP-5, BMP-2, BMP-7, BMPR-IB, LAP, TGF-β1, TGF-β2, TGF-β3, etc. The intra-plate and inter-plate coefficients of variation are both less than 10%.
