Human IL-11 ELISA Kit

Biyun Tian’s HumanIL-11 Enzyme Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay Kit, also known as the Human Interleukin-11 Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay Kit, is an ELISA kit used for specific and highly sensitive quantitative detection of IL-11 in human serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatant. This product has high detection sensitivity, strong specificity, and good repeatability. Multiple repeated testing results showed that the minimum detectable amount was 28.4pg/ml, and there was no cross reactivity with human cardiotrophin-1, CNTF, G-CSF, IL-6, LIF, leptin, and OSM. The intra plate and inter plate coefficients of variation were both less than 10%.
