Lithium Chloride

Lithium chloride is a strong dehydrating agent that can reduce the solubility of RNA, causing proteins to detach from chromosomes. High molecular weight RNA and proteins contaminated in plasmids can be precipitated with high concentration lithium chloride and removed by low-speed centrifugation. Lithium chloride is also a gas chromatography stationary phase (with a maximum operating temperature of 650 ℃ and a solvent of water).Note: Product information may be optimized and upgraded.
