Robinia pseudoacacia bean gum/adzuki bean gum can be used as an emulsifying stabilizer and thickener.Robinia pseudoacacia bean gum/adzuki bean gum has no odor. It can be dispersed in water to form a viscous liquid with a pH value of 5.4~7.0. A small amount of sodium tetraborate is added to form a gel. The viscosity is stable within the pH range of 3.5 to 9.0, and calcium and magnesium ions do not affect the viscosity.
