Maltitol

The dilute solution has a strawberry aroma and a sweetness of 75% to 95% of sucrose, with a pure sweetness. Easy to dissolve in water, ethanol, glycerol, and propylene glycol. Highly hygroscopic. The heat resistance is good, and there is no change when heated at 1.0 ℃ for 1 hour at pH values of 3-7.
