Modified Tyrode’s Solution（With Glucose、HEPES）

The improved benchtop solution is a type of balanced salt solution, mainly composed of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, phosphate and HEPES, etc. This product contains glucose. It has a stronger buffering capacity than conventional benchtop solutions and is often used for the normal physiological functions of isolated intestinal muscles in mammals, body perfusion, and tissue cleaning.
