Nissl Staining Solution

Beyotime’s Nissl Staining Solution can be used to stain Nissl bodies in plasma of neuron cells preserved in paraffin or frozen sections. The Nissl Staining Solution contains Cresyl violet which can bind to RNA on the rough endoplasmic reticulum and DNA in nucleus and stain cell body in mottled blue-purple.
