Triquick Reagent (Trizol Substitute)

This reagent is a universal reagent for extracting total RNA, which is suitable for extracting total RNA from animal and plant cells or tissues and bacteria, and can effectively prevent RNA degradation in the extraction process. The obtained RNA can be directly used for Northern hybridization, mRNA purification, in vitro translation, RNase protection experiment, RT-PCR and cDNA cloning. The reagent can be used for 100 times of total RNA extraction (10 cm2 cells or 100mg tissues).
