Sc-4F

SC-4F is the control peptide of L-4F mimetic peptide, obtained by rearranging the amino acid sequence of L-4F. L-4F is a mimetic peptide of apolipoprotein A-I (APOA-I), which can mimic its secondary structural features and functions. APOA-I is the main apolipoprotein in high-density lipoprotein (HDL). L-4F can inhibit endotoxin activity and enhance the antioxidant properties of HDL.
